Aspen provides educational programs, mental health services, and substance abuse treatment programs for adults, adolescents, children, and their families. Medical/Dental & Vision We offer a comprehensive PPO benefits package, designed to meet your individual and or family needs.Eligibility begins on the 1st working day of the month following the completion of 90 days of employment for employees working 30 hours or more.
   
Employee Assistance Program This is a confidential counseling and referral service for employees and their families. Provides up to 3 assessment visits per calendar year for each family member for assistance with personal problems, which may affect their health, family life, or job performance. All employees are eligible on their first day of employment.
   
Employee Term Life All employees will receive $10,000 of life insurance coverage.
   
Supplemental Life This is an optional program, which allows for 1 to 3 times the basic annual earnings to a maximum of $350,000. It is cost based on age and salary. There is a purchase option for the employee’s children and spouse.
   
401(k) Contributions up to 20% of pay on pre-tax basis. AEG matches 25% on the first 6% of employee deferral. 20 investment options to select from
Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible after one year of service in which they work 1,000 hours. (Subject to change; please contact an HR representative for the most current information.)
   
Paid Time Off (PTO) This flexible program combines vacation, holidays, and sick benefits into a single bank of hours. Each hour that is accrued is fully vested for your use in response to your need for time off. Accrual rates vary depending on your position and years of service with the company.
   
Supplemental Sick Leave This is a companion benefit to the PTO program. It affords additional protection against long-term illness and can only be used as a sick pay benefit. Employees working 30 hours or more are eligible to accrue on their first day of employment.
